Tax Fields

Field	Description
`gross_win`	Win amount before tax (player profit or jackpot gross)
`tax_pct`	Win tax percentage (from game settings, e.g. 5)
`tax_amount`	Tax deducted — `gross_win × tax_pct / 100`

Example: gross win 200, tax 5% → tax_amount 10, net credited 190.
